ROLE DESCRIPTION: 
As a Customer Service Manager with my agency, you have to opportunity to be the face of the agency. You will work closely with the agent to deliver exceptional customer service. This is a dream opportunity to have freedom in your day manage the task at hand. This is not a high pressure job. This is dealing with the most amazing clients out there and handling their customer service needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Take payments and process them accurately.
  • Answer phones and take messages when needed.
  • Work service task each morning. 
  • Opportunity to pivot sell and/or write new business.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business. 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
  • Proactive in problem-solving
  • Property/Casualty License preferred. Must acquire P/C license after employment.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
